Alternating Butt Kicks/Frankenstein Walk

  1. Walking in one direction, take 12-15 steps, lifting each leg, bending at the knee in an attempt to “kick” your foot to your buttock.
  2. Keep your core engaged.
  3. Then, walk forward raising each leg, keeping the knee straight and reach towards your  big toe with the opposite hand.
  4. Keep the back straight and core engaged as you walk forward the same number of steps.
