Alternating Butt Kicks/Frankenstein Walk
- Walking in one direction, take 12-15 steps, lifting each leg, bending at the knee in an attempt to “kick” your foot to your buttock.
- Keep your core engaged.
- Then, walk forward raising each leg, keeping the knee straight and reach towards your big toe with the opposite hand.
- Keep the back straight and core engaged as you walk forward the same number of steps.
